It is essential to understand the exchange and return policy of a product before purchasing it online. Here is everything you need to know about July's return and exchange policy.

We assure you that all the products have gone through a thorough inspection and have been handled with care until they are packed. Our delivery executives also ensure that the products are delivered to your doorstep with the utmost care.

However, in the case of any unforeseen circumstances, if you receive a faulty/damaged product(s), we request you understand the following conditions and limitations for return or exchange.

 * WHEN ARE PRODUCTS NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN/EXCHANGE? 

 July does not accept returns/exchanges of products that fall under the below-mentioned categories:

  • Products can be exchanged or returned only once within 15 days after receiving the product in case of size or colour dislike issues. Customers can opt for a discount coupon of the same amount for the next purchase if they do not want to exchange the product and wish to return it. No refunds will be given in such cases.

  • Worn products cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Products that look washed cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Products with missing tags cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Soiled/stained products with glitter or any other particles cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Products that emit perfume/lotion fragrances or body odour cannot be exchanged or returned.

  • Products cannot be accepted for return without their original packaging.

  • Products purchased on clearance sale are not eligible for a return, regardless of whether you dislike the colour, style, quality, or size.

  • July often provides exciting offers, and products bought - using seasonal offers, promotional offers, coupon codes, and other special offers cannot be exchanged unless they are faulty or damaged. In such cases, a discount coupon will be given to customers who do not want to exchange the product and wish to return it.

  • A product can be exchanged only once. Thus, exchanged products are not eligible for returns.

 It is important to understand that the above-mentioned products are not eligible for return/exchange and will be sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

 * PROCESS OF RETURN/EXCHANGE?

 If your product(s) meet the above policies of July, they are eligible for return/exchange, and here is how to do it:

  • Products can be exchanged within 15 days of delivery.

  • You can WhatsApp us at 8828118096 and seek the assistance of our customer care agents to return/exchange your products.

  • You can connect with us through our Support Portal by sending an email.

  • The email subject should contain the order ID for reference, and please attach a few images of the product to help us understand your issue further.

  • Once the exchange process is initiated, a courier agent will pick up the product within 48 hours.

  • Customers should kindly note that the pickup of the product doesn't guarantee the approval of the exchange.

  • Our examination team will review the products before approving your request for exchange within the next 4-7 business days. Therefore, it is imperative that you:

    • Properly fold and pack the product as received.

    • Ensure that all tags are attached.

    • Attach the original invoice and pack it with the original packaging to avoid any discrepancies.

 

* CANCELLATION AND REIMBURSEMENT

  • You can cancel your order within 24 hours of order placement by messaging our WhatsApp number with your Order ID as the subject for reference and providing the reason for cancellation.

  • July has the right to cancel orders in case of unforeseen circumstances such as the product being out of stock or payment default.

  • Customers should also note that any reimbursement will be transferred to their July wallet (coupon) only and not to any personal bank accounts.
